Biography

Nora is a senior from North Kingstown, Rhode Island, and is a double concentrator in Environmental Studies on the Environment & Inequality (ENI) Track and Public Policy. She is very interested in environmental policy, and has taken a variety of classes that pertain to this area. She has previously interned at the RI Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM) through the IBES internship program, as well as in the US Senate Office of Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI). Through these internships, Nora researched and helped to draft environmental policy, and would love to talk about her experiences. She is also a Teaching Assistant for ENVS 0110: Humans, Nature, and the Environment. Outside of academics, Nora is the captain of the varsity sailing team at Brown, so she is able to speak about time management and balancing academics and athletics.
