Biography
I’m a junior at Brown University studying Environmental Science on the Climate and Energy track. I am particularly interested in how science, law, and policy intersect to address environmental challenges, and this perspective has guided both my coursework and my real-world experiences. During Fall 2024, I interned at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy through the Brown in Washington Program, which gave me firsthand experience with science policy at the federal level. I’m also a student reporter for Possibly, a weekly podcast that covers environmental solutions. From experiences like these, I can offer insight into study away opportunities, as well as how to take full advantage of Brown’s career and networking resources.
I would love to give students advice, share my experiences, and offer resources in support of their journey at Brown. I believe I have a wide variety of experiences that might help students see the broad possibilities ahead of them as an ENVS concentrator. I know how hard it is to navigate the first few years of college, and I want to help make it as joyful of an experience as possible! Outside of my academics, I enjoy photography, music, and cooking. Feel free to contact me with any questions about studying away, choosing courses, applying to internships, or anything ENVS related!
