Biography

Eden is a junior at Brown University studying Environmental Science on the Conservation and Natural Systems track with a minor in Data Fluency. Eden is interested in the connectivity of spatial analysis, conservation biology and sustainable transportation. Outside of her schooling, Eden is the co-captain of the Club Volleyball Team, loves to watch tv with her friends and get boba from Kung Fu Tea. Eden is interested in connecting with students who have uncertainty of how to navigate college, concentrations and career explorations in the environmental fields. Students can feel anxious going into college, starting a new life without the security of their home can feel overwhelming and unfamiliar. Eden hopes to ease some of that uncertainty by recommending classes, connecting students with professors, and guiding individuals through job applications and research involvement.

Eden has taken a lot of biology classes at Brown, and is passionate in helping students understand the applicability of biology to the environmental sciences. Eden is heavily involved in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) research within the IBES department and would love to help students explore that avenue.
