Leah Travis-Taylor specializes in paleoclimatology and stable isotope geochemistry. Her research uses speleothem-based reconstructions to investigate past changes in hydroclimate, with a focus on understanding the timing, magnitude, and drivers of tropical precipitation change. She holds a PhD in Geosciences from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
