Biography

Iman Khanbhai is a senior from Providence, RI double concentrating in Environmental Science and Economics on the Public Policy track. On campus, Iman is a member of many environmental-science related pursuits: a research assistant for the Climate and Development Lab (CDL), a reporter for Possibly, a podcast co-produced by IBES and the public radio station for Rhode Island, and a coordinator of the Brown Market Shares Program, which is similar to a CSA that operates out of Brown. She is also a tour guide and a Meiklejohn as well as an ENVS DUG leader who gets to plan fun events for those concentrating in Environmental Studies/Science! In past years, Iman has WWOOFed on a farm in Maine, interned at Farm Fresh RI, and worked for an environmental education nonprofit based in Seattle. Definitely reach out to Iman whenever; she is ecstatic to chat about her past/current endeavors, Providence's amazing coffee shops and restaurants, and the best study spots on campus!
