Institute at Brown for Environment and Society

Lily Lustig serves as IBES' primary content creator, running the Institute's social media accounts, creating newsletters, writing and editing articles and promotional material, helping manage the departmental website, and generating graphics. 

Having worked as an IBES communications assistant for most of her undergraduate career, Lily graduated from Brown in 2023 with a BA in Environmental Studies (Land, Water, Food Security track) and English (Nonfiction Writing program). In fall 2025, she began her master's in Brown's Integrative Studies program, wherein she is crafting her own unique curriculum with a focus on Environmental Humanities.
