Sarah Davenport does ethnographic research with BIPOC agroecologists in Central Florida who are working toward food sovereignty. She examines how Blue Trunk Community Network, a Central Florida social and environmental non-profit, works both theoretically and practically to decolonize the food system. They do this through agroecology, popular education, and mutual aid.
