Biography

Dr. Sonam Futi Sherpa is a 2023 recipient of the National Science Foundation (NSF), Division of Earth Sciences (EAR) Postdoctoral Fellowship. At Brown, Sonam is working with Professor Laurence C. Smith and using SWOT (Surface Water and Ocean Topography) satellite mission to observe water and proglacial environment.
