Victor's current research interests explore the intersections of environmental history and the military industrial complex in the Alaskan space with attention paid to the complex interactions between Indigenous group, military authorities, and the natural world. Currently he's researching how Airbases serve as projections of state power and environmental change in Alaska for the local wildlife and for local communities.
