Xueke Li

Former Postdoctoral Research Associate

Biography

Xueke is a geographer who worked with Professor Amanda Lynch. Her research mainly focuses on quantifying the feedback of black carbon emissions from Arctic shipping on sea ice dynamics and shipping access. In a broader context, her research activities will also involve exploring the role of risk management and investment decisions in the aerosol-sea ice interactions in a coupled natural-human system. She has also been interested in understanding trends, variations, and source attribution of aerosols and identifying appropriate mitigation policies that maximize co-benefits for air quality, climate change, and human health.
