I am primarily interested in finding new methods for environmental remediation. I spent two years in a sustainable mining start-up working on the remediation of mining tailings, and will be joining Dr. Kurt Pennell’s lab in the Environmental Engineering department to similarly work on environmental remediation, beginning with PFAS contaminants.
